Who makes up Mother Earth Concierge?

Our service is owned and operated by Mother Earth herself, Brenda Gorneau. Brenda is the most meticulous, detailed oriented, loving and caring woman. She thrives to deliver her love for perfection into her concierge service. As a busy working mother, nurse turned businesswoman she understands the hassles of running a household, yet alone a life.

Our concierge service is to ensure your time at the lake or hill country is not filled with tasks, chores and endless to-do lists. So, you may kick back and relax while you truly enjoy your stay.

SERVICES

We provide all services necessary
for survival in the hill country/lake house:

Pre-Arrival

Mother Earth Concierge will ready your home for arrival. We can turn on the lights, heat up the jacuzzi and air out the house.

Specialty Services

Pick up groceries and unload
Need spirits or wine
Gifts/Flowers for special occasions
Propane tank for the grill
Blow leaves off the patio
Power wash patio

Departure

When you are ready to leave don’t worry about a thing. We will turn air/heat down, clean up, lock windows and doors.

CLEANING THE HOUSE

Light clean

  • Vacuum
  • Dust
  • Clean bathrooms and kitchen
  • Laundry (linens and towels) 2 loads
  • Empty Trash/Recycle Bins

Deep clean

  • In addition to light clean
  • Dust/vacuum ledges, light fixture, faucets, fixtures, window sills, tracks, blinds, couch, chairs and ceiling fans
  • De-scale faucets/showers heads
  • Wipe down doors/door frames, cabinets
  • Garbage cans cleaned and sanitized
  • Clean stove top faces
  • Sanitize and wipe out microwave

Property Management

Who is checking on the hill country/lake house? It is often hard to find time to check on your home and property throughout the year. Mother Earth Concierge is here for you!

 

  • Year-round service
  • Weekly, Bi-weekly, Monthly
  • We will meet service technicians at your house and supervise upkeep and repair
  • Home checks inside and outside include watering grass and plants
  • After severe weather, we will check on your home to determine if there is any damage and report back to you
  • Email report will be provided after each check-in
